Overview

You have the right to delete your Ant Chatbox account and associated personal data at any time. We provide an in-app self-service option to make this fast and easy. This page explains how to do it and what data is removed.

How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

The easiest way is to delete your account directly inside the Ant Chatbox app:

Alternative: Email Request

If you cannot access the app for any reason, you may also request deletion by email:

• Send to [email protected]
• Subject: "Account Deletion Request — Ant Chatbox"
• Include your registered email and full name so we can verify your identity

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Account profile (email, name, phone, company information)
• Chat conversations and message history
• Chatbot configurations created by you
• Order and appointment records linked to your account
• Quick reply templates
• Push notification tokens (FCM)
• Authentication credentials

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, financial, or regulatory obligations:

After the retention period ends, this data is automatically and permanently deleted.

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion.
• Deletion does not affect data that has already been shared with third parties (e.g., messages already sent to your customers).
